An Investment Management Company
Services
Our mission is to help you obtain financial independence by
managing your investment portfolio.  Your portfolio may be a
combination of taxable and tax protected (e.g., IRA) accounts.

We manage your portfolio
In order for us to manage your portfolio, you must delegate to us
responsibility for selecting investment securities.  We use individual
stocks, ETF's, mutual funds, and bonds to create a unique portfolio
designed to meet your investment goals.

Your portfolio resides with a separate custodian (e.g., Scottrade,
Charles Schwab) and FI Investments manages these accounts by
submitting trade orders to the custodian on your behalf.

Determining your investment goals
By meeting with you we learn what is important to you.  We find
answers to questions such as the following:
  • How much cash do you need your investment portfolio to
produce so you can enjoy retirement?
  • When would you like to retire?
  • What assets do you have available for retirement?

Individually Managed Accounts
Based upon your investment goals and risk profile we create an
investment portfolio that is unique to you.  We actively manage this
portfolio, buying and selling securities throughout the year in order
to adjust to market circumstances so we can help you achieve your
investment goals.

Fees
We charge a fee based upon the value of the assets we manage for
you. This is the only fee we charge.  We do not receive any other
compensation from any other source.  We do not charge an hourly
rate, nor do we receive a commission.  By structuring our fee strictly
on assets under management you can be are assured that your goals
and our goals are closely aligned.

Our fee is simply 1% of assets under management, paid twice each
year in July and January.   So, for example, if on June 30th your
portfolio is valued at $1,000,000 you would be charged $5,000 in
July [($1,000,000 x 0.01) / 2= $5,000].  If, on the following
December 30th your portfolio was valued at $1,100,000, you would
be charged $5,500 in January [($1,100,000 x 0.01) / 2 = $5,500].
Fees are deducted from your investment account by the custodian.
